To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zeniacare and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business continuity — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may pursue available legal remedies.
